Chris manages and conducts coverholder and DCA reviews, reinsurance inspections and consultancy projects.
Chris has in-depth experience of the London Market through working in different roles since 1993. At TurnStone, he has carried out multiple coverholder and DCA audits throughout the UK, Europe and North America.
Drawing on his background in Chartered Accountancy, Chris demonstrates a strong analytical and commercial approach. Chris has managed reinsurance inspections of cedants across all classes of business in Europe and USA. In this role, Chris has saved clients millions (£) in reduced claims through technical and forensic analysis. He has also negotiated profitable commutations and been involved in extensive client support in arbitrations. Chris has worked with complex reinsurance claims identifying and resolving contractual and cession issues and has worked as run-off manager for an international book of business.
Chris has performed royalty audits for the music and entertainment industry, representing artists and songwriters to enable recovery of their entitlement to unpaid royalties. This work involved in-depth investigation and forensic auditing and claims management for preparation of possible litigation support
